SF-1T special material for gear pump is a special formula material designed and launched according to the working conditions of high PV value of gear pump. The material has special advantages of resisting fatigue impact. Applicable oil pump pressure: 16-25MPa, line speed of 3.5-5m/s. Under the fluid lubrication state, PV value can reach 120 N/mm2. M /s. It is the best choice for all kinds of gear pumps, piston pumps and vane pumps. The product made of this material has successfully passed the impact test of CBK1 pump of Changjiang hydraulic parts factory for one million times, and the quality level belongs to the leading position in China.
